I’m Dey Gabriel, and I believe you should enjoy every moment of your event. Timeless Events, my spacious venue in Amarillo, Texas, was built with this philosophy in mind.

As a professional event planner

and a mom of three girls, there’s nothing I haven’t seen! I’ll be your best friend as you prepare for your event (you might even put me on speed dial), and I’ll help you make sure it’s effortless, fun, and utterly you.

Signature Package

Our Signature Timeless Events Package makes your enjoyment our top priority. The package spans three days — Friday to Sunday — and includes:

  • Pre-Event
    • Event coordination to help turn your vision into a reality, including referrals to trusted vendors
  • Friday
    • Exclusive venue access to make sure everything is picture-perfect before your guests arrive on Saturday
    • Access to furniture and decor, including: tables, chairs, table linens (black or white), satin table runners (your choice of color), selected borrowed centerpieces, decorated sign-in table, decorated dessert table, decorated bride and groom or princess table, decorated gift table, borrowed gold or silver chargers for each guest along with borrowed colored satin napkin, customized dessert napkins (200 count or less), borrowed easel, and borrowed 3-tier serving dishes (2)
  • Saturday
    • Full access to the venue so you can party all day (and night!) long
    • Security provided to make sure everyone has a wonderful, safe time
    • One Event Coordinator (3 hours only) 1 hour before event, 1 hour during event, and 1 hour after event
    • Access to facility amenities, including: projector and screen, surround sound system, preparation kitchen, dressing room, and restrooms
  • Sunday
    • Exclusive access to the venue so you can pick up your belongings without cutting the party short
    • We do the cleanup — just take out all the trash and we will take care of the rest for you

Your investment for three days of access to the Timeless Events venue and our team’s event coordination services is


An additional, refundable damage deposit of $300 is required as a down payment to hold your date on the Timeless Events calendar.

Full event planning (including day-of coordination), additional venue access hours, and professional post-event cleaning are available at an additional cost.

One-Day Venue Rental

One-day rentals are available on Sunday afternoons, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. You will receive access to our tables, chairs, surround sound system, projector, and drop-down screen.

From 2pm to 12am; excludes weddings, Quinceañeras and Sweet Sixteen parties

Off-Site Event Coordination

Off-site event coordination within the Amarillo area is available on Saturdays. You will receive three planning sessions, event coordination, vendor referrals, decor, and setup.

Starting at $1,200

Ask about our specialty pricing on holiday parties, graduations and milestone birthday parties (excluding Sweet Sixteen parties and Quinceañeras).
