Our Signature Timeless Events Package makes your enjoyment our top priority. The package spans three days — Friday to Sunday — and includes:

An additional, refundable damage deposit of $300 is required as a down payment to hold your date on the Timeless Events calendar.
Full event planning (including day-of coordination), additional venue access hours, and professional post-event cleaning are available at an additional cost.
One-day rentals are available on Sunday afternoons, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. You will receive access to our tables, chairs, surround sound system, projector, and drop-down screen.
Off-site event coordination within the Amarillo area is available on Saturdays. You will receive three planning sessions, event coordination, vendor referrals, decor, and setup.
